i literally wait for almost a week and i got nothing from neither of them
and its about vip insider reward did not go through shift where this issue happen to everyone

Actually, don’t resend the ticket - that just creates a duplicate entry in the ticket queue, which will slow things down. Instead, reply to the auto-reply email containing the ticket number and just ask for an update. If you didn’t get an auto-reply, check your spam folder just in case it went there.

The problem is that even i did reply and ask for a update , i still get nothing. The reply that im getting is a automatic reply which ask for info and i ofc provide everything needed
