Be cool to be able to change character whilst in game either in coop or solo rather than having to exit and re enter game

Go to all the vaults shown at the end of BL2 in either DLC or campaign, having DLCs be longer and have more content, new elemental weapons, new companies, weapon crafting, and having normal mode and TVHM be one play through

Hahah that’s made me laugh too hard krieg and maya :broken_heart: have you seen the size of kriegs arm, he as only been doing one thing with that and it ain’t lifting is axe. Poor maya :sob:

So, you know how In the first borderlands the character/boss intros we’re sorta mundane and then they made them more bad-ass in BL2? Well, obviously gearbox will have to make the character intros SUPER badass now, significantly off the charts crazy awesome.

Just make it skippable in subsequent playthroughs and I’ll be happy. :stuck_out_tongue:

I have played BL1 and BL2. Absolutely loved it. The only thing I did not like about the game was being knocked out of you position. I mean I have died so many times because of this(cause I ended up in lava or some bottom less pit.). My wish be that GearBox comes up with a way to make it less annoying >,<. And add more CL4P-TP , maybe 2 or even more xD

Well, knockback element always (or almost always) exists in RPGs (or any game). This game actually has a lighter version of knockback where it does not cripple the player from doing anything. I still remember the days of playing Dragon Age where one enemy could knockback my units then a DPS unit proceeded to kill my party, and I just watched there because my units are not moving even though I already told them to use some skills and potions, or to simply walk away from a deadly AoE attack.

While we can still do things while getting knocked back here (except opening echo menu, I guess), the down side is there are cliffs to fall off in this game, and the consequence is quite heavy (unlike, say, Warframe). :stuck_out_tongue:

Eh I say they should do a combination of badass and funny as hell. More like nine toes, also he has 3 balls, lol love it

To this, I gotta say to add loader bot from tales of the borderlands

I want/need a character called ā€œThe Doctor.ā€ Skill Trees named Zed (tanking/healing tree), Ned (DPS + Corrosive tree with kill-a-mook-and-make-a-zombie Gamechanger, Zombie making starts with a melee override skill at mid-tree and then attaches to ā€œeverything killed with a status effect on itā€ at top), and Ted (the Forbidden branch).

@snarvid That’s…surprisingly ingenious. Let’s hear some more.

man this wish list is all wrong individual loot almost ruined BL2 for me (the infinity pistol) it’s okay if some bosses have their own loot like the doc mercy but less painful. and tourge guns are AWESOME other than the fact that they are slower. But all in all your wish list is all wrong

@themaximumridex: Who’s your reply to? Also, by ā€˜individual loot’, you mean enemy-specific loot pools?

Pretty sure hes replying to the list in the original post.

Oh. In that case, I mentioned somewhere about reward RTIs being…instanced, I believe is the term? In any case, rather than it being in a loot able container like the red chest in Moxxi’s bar on Concordia, it appears in everyone’s inventory, varying within reason. One of the best examples of this is the Sandhawk. For guaranteed boss drops, I think I may have suggested the same thing to make it fair rather than everyone fighting over the lone SoT mod that drops, for example.

I hear a few people saying ā€œget rid of slag weaponsā€ all together, but if you think about what slag comes from, it may not be such a good idea. I’m bias towards slag, I love the stuff… I like getting bosses wet with the purple gooboly-gob and then setting them on fire for a quicker death . Eridium is part of the lore of Borderlands and it Must Stay!

Hopefully they change the mechanic of slag for it to stay. Whether it’s the status effect or slag weapons becoming rarer/harder to get, I don’t mind. Slag in BL2 feels cheap and a lot of people didn’t (and some still don’t) like it when UVHM came out to force it.

What about selectively (de)activating your BAR, rather than (de)activating them all at one? It’s a bit annoying that mine is all at just above 100%, and enough of a problem for the game to handle that I have to jump into co-op naked. Seriously, I could do with my Damages and Fire Rate, but not Recoil Reduction, and my EE% would be nice.

Replying me? Pretty sure I didn’t talk about BAR on the post you’re trying to reply to.

Cool story bro. That’s why you don’t put any tokens for Recoil Reduction and other (potentially) harmful stat.

P.S. I have nothing against BAR if it’s planned for the next Borderlands but I surely hope for a better thing.

@diator1730 Not this time, pal. I’m discussing BAR as a standalone, not a reply. Also, I see no harm in Recoil Reduction.
