Im pretty sure he is talking about the ION CANNON launcher…I hit 1m damage with it constantly on Moze after a few stacks lol

yeah, i just don’t know, there were 3 heavy weapons added in this dlc, Creamer, Nukem, and ION CANNON

gonna go ahead and guess no on the Creamer, since it seems like a moxxi life steal style gun according to descriptions

I’d heard they were bringing back the Creamer as well as Moxxi’s heartbreaker shotgun. I loved those blue weapons. Now that they are BL3 legendaries, are they anywhere near as fun to use as they were in Bl2?

I’ve gotten two heartbreakers so far, seems like a good shotgun. Still a Moxxi weapon. I am running through the DLC with my 3 shot fade away FL4K, who loves their shotguns, and it’s had no issues killing stuff. The most similar gun in the base game is probably the pherbert? Not sure how they compare for damage

For the record I’m not complaining about drops or drop rates. I just think it’s weird that they’d nerf a lot of good guns and build, then put such an op launcher in the game

New hotness happens every expansion as I recall. Have to have some cool items to get more people to play for the new expansion.

yeah but we don’t want to get things nerfed before everyone has had a chance to see them. and for the most part I think it was to balance the base game, they’ll catch up to concerns with the dlc later. probably not too much later, considering all the chat about gear being OP, and the drop rate being actually good.

I am enjoying so far. Different environment with cool ambience, some decent writing, new stuff to play with.
Heck, a quest reward blue SMG is actually pretty awesome :slight_smile:
