What's a guy gotta do?

I understand that the VIP code redemption and shift product reward system aren’t on the same page but I’ve placed two support tickets over the last 24+ hours for 8000 points now (2 weapons) and have been ignored for the entirety. Unless you count the robotic response informing me the information required to physically give me my items.
I’ve delivered the information twice in separate tickets without a response.
