91% Sham from Pete, Slagga from a Rat, 2 Cobras (51 and 72) and a Shredifier Pre-Hyperious-assigned from a Badass Skag.
Rolling Thunder from a unleveled Goliath a month or 2 ago.
Thunderball fists in a ammo box by “Happy Pig” motel. I went in the room with the radio playing to turn it off and randomly checked the crate below it. It was on level and I had just reset my game and I never had one before.
My first legendary was my wildest drop. It was in the red chest by the badass constructor in opportunity. Needless to say, I ripped the game a new one after that. I think that weapon carried me all the way through UVHM.
I pulled a storm front (Lobbed, 1.8 fuse) from a locker in sanctuary a few days ago. Burst out laughing.

First time I played the Tiny Tina dlc I got a lyuda and a fire bee from two pots next to each other.
Probably a few other cool ones I’m forgetting.
Skullmasher from a Marauder in Lynchwood and a pearl from a regular Stalker pile in the WEP.

Random weirdo drop from kicking a skag pile in Lynchwood…
And the ONE and ONLY time 'ol stingy-ass BNK3R has ever dropped anything approaching good for me…
…but I don’t farm him at all, so that may be part of it. That drop was during an OP 6 playthru.

I don’t have a Screenshot of it anymore, but I dropped a 94% Sham during a speedrun. I totally freaked out and it cost me my run !

I got a corrosive OP3 Butcher from a spiderant pile while farming for an OP3 Lyuda. That’s easily my luckiest drop.

O.K … I think I found a new contender for my luckiest drop :
I world-dropped a ■■■■■■■ Avenger while I was recording gameplay for my Suicide Krieg Build ! 
That’s the first Pearlescent weapon I’ve ever dropped, and I’ve been playing this game since 2013 !!!

I’ve been farming Buttstallion for so long that I feel like any finds aren’t luck, just eventual expected outcome. Also most of farming is done while keeping eye out for specific gear, hence overlooking lots of other stuff.
My luckiest drop instead is from BL1.

I’ve done a lot of butt stallion farming but not enough hours to run across that.
That is the best mindset to have though. It’s just a matter of being stubborn enough.

I prefer the pot luck approach 
I’ve had quite a few nice gemstone pistols from Buttstalion, although never anything truly epic or a Legendary. I only go there when I’m filled up with eridium really.
