When I try twitch prime (to get twitch prime loot) I get an error about credit cards

Hi,

I’ve “tried” twitch prime before (when BL3 first came out). I’m trying to get the twitch prime loot, but when trying to “try twitch prime” I get an error about credit cards - I’m guessing that I can’t “try” again because I’ve “tried” before?

Does that mean that I have to sign up / subscribe / pay for twitch prime in order to get my “free” loot?

Any help appreciated!
