The only prereqs mentioned were beta participation and season pass.
And unfortunately their butts are covered because there was zero release time announced.
What exactly are they protected from?
A lawsuit? Because thatâs of far less concern than bad PR, which only doing right by consumers can avoid.
Rationally speaking, there is exactly no reason for them to stiff us on this.
Happy consumers are a good thing. Angry ones are not.
Their silence is protected given that they didnât give us a release date.

Just hurts them if they ignore promises made to customers.
I know Iâm not the only one who went in for the season pass for the unlock key.
It would be well over a month before I can play as the character I want if I am forced to grind.
At that point I would never have purchased the game at all.
Playing as characters I donât like, with playstyles that do not fit mine, all to joylessly grind towards the character I would enjoy⌠That is not a game I would buy normally.
I would rather they simply give us the key than for me to have to go through the ridiculous trouble it is to get a refund.
I like the game just fine, but I canât enjoy it without the character that suits me.

However for you to say they are working on it, I think this is the last thing in their mind because they released a buggy story mode that is not balanced or very fun past what we played in beta. I am SEVERELY disappointed with the outcome of everything.
Iâm excited that I managed to get Caldarius and Attikus finally, but thatâs it.
Iâm just going to start playing Overwatch beta now. A game that did it right by making ALL characters available immediately!
I just want to point out that:
- Your âthreatâ is pointless on a forum
- if youâre playing the Overwatch Beta right now, youâd already preordered the game.

As far as I know the government hasnât taken away my rights to play multiple games yet. Just saying that I have a limited time to try Overwatch, I MIGHT AS WELL play it since I donât want to play anymore Battleborn until I get Deande unlocked.

ok, my apologies for misunderstanding you. Iâve seen a LOT of aggressive and bitter people who are more than just a little whiny⌠and I may have accidentally projected some of that onto you.

Though, I wasnât saying anything about the fact that you could or could not play another game, just pointing out that youâd preordered it.
Given, I am a bit frustrated and probably did come out that way lol.
What I am mad about is that twitter says one thing, website says another and now you have people on both sides saying the other is wrong while the developers have zero answers.
Well, all I know is that theyâre working on it. We just have to be patient. When they know what the outcome is, theyâll tell us. Getting angry here will do absolutely nothing to speed that process up. Gbx will have devoted resources to solving it, that arenât linked in any way to how sweary the forum gets.
While Iâm here, Iâm going to strongly recommend that you all try to limit the discussion to the game itself, and not what you think about other forum users.

But we donât know what youâre saying is true, they have failed to openly admit it on facebook, twitter, or the website.
But they DO have time to promote Battleborn Tap which will hopefully put more cash in their pockets.
Get real here, they donât care, or they would have mentioned it by email, website, or social media immediately. Social media is my job, I know how things are supposed to be done, and they arenât doing it.
