What’s taking so long? I received an email back on April 22. For some reason. I don’t think there won’t be a patch to fix the screen tearing and framerate issues.
I’m on Xbox one and haven’t heard anything since May 1st as well. Gearbox and 2k have been terrible at admitting and addressing the screen tear/framerate problems. Not a single patch or update on a patch in months. Support will send you on a back and forth email loop that ends with " we are working on it, thank you for your input. How would you rate your interaction today?".
