You can change Fl4k’s pets from the skill tree without having to respec, as their pets don’t cost points, from what I saw in the interactive skill tree.

So if you are using the Skag and get bored with him, you can just open the skill tree and switch to a different pet. Atleast that is how I am understanding it.

Honestly, I really wish I could think of a build that would be fun and utilize Scorch cause a fire SpiderAnt would be awesome, but none of the things I want are even in that tree :frowning:

Like, Scorch would be AMAZING with my Moze…but that’s not how this works. Lol. Maybe if I find some shield or weapon that makes me want to be a Flame Fl4k?

But you’ll want to swap elements depending on the area anyway, so its not like you beed to focus on an element to use it.

I think I’m going to use scorcher with the rift ability so I can have a giant fire spider running around burning everything

I am going to start with the Spiderant and go from there.
It was a tossup who my first Vault Hunter was going to be, between Moze and Fl4k, but I decided on FL4K.
Plus I love having pets :slightly_smiling_face:

For me it depends on how Fl4k’s “all my bff’s” skill works. The skill lists “total health regeneration”. Is that the % or the amount of my max health?

For example, if I have 10% health regen with 1k health, are my allies getting 5% of their max hps, or are they getting 100 hps?

If it is the former, I would go with the spiderant scorcher for the regen and because damage reduction is almost always better than just stacking more health. If it is the latter though, I’ll go with the beefcake jabber for the synergy with my build.

Started with spiderant for the passive healing, but starting to switch more between my now horned skag and beefcake jabber since I’ve already leveled them up :slight_smile:

I’m not much of a strategy person, but I use my jabber (named him Dante, idk seems like it fits the crackhead energy of the jabber) during boss fights when I usually hit and run a boss and need the extra movement buff. I switch between Dante and my skag (named Soma :slight_smile: ) just when I feel like I need to take my skag for a lil walk and killing some bandits :smiley:

I’ll start using my spiderant (named Brownie hehe) when I level her up to a countess, which is, I’m not sure when.
