Any specific characters? Or just in general, guys? I kinda ask because Steve Blum does his usual, but then I discovered that he also did Starscream (“Transformers Prime”). And I kinda don’t like Starscream.

Steven Blum has played a lot of people over the years. Most notable I think are Spike Speigel, the Laughing Man and his take on Wolverine.

Favorite VA roles for me are the ones mentioned above, Grunt from Mass Effect, Oghren from Dragon Age, Vincent Valentine FF7 and Sub Zero from Mortal Kombat.

I am not much of a movie watcher so that list is short but I have a few:

Robert Downy Jr., Chris Hemsworth and David Tennant through their roles in the MCU. I do like many more in the MCU but I have a special weakness for those.
Jeff Bridges gets bonus points for a certain scene in Iron Man.

Now for VAs, that will be a list:

Erin Fitzgerald as Chie (Persona 4 Golden and later Persona 4 games, wasn’t the original dub voice), surprisingly enough. There’s the obvious answer as well.
Asami Imai also as Noire/Black Heart (Neptunia) and Makise Kurisu (Steins;Gate). Bonus points as the voice of Lilith in the Japanese version. You know, Borderlands’ Lilith
Rie Tanaka Neptune/Purple Heart
Kana Hanazawa Mayuri Shiina (Steins;Gate)
Yuu Kobayashi Rei Ryghts (Neptunia, again), Luka Urushibara (Steins;Gate, also). I don’t actually like the latter character, I won’t explain why, but Kobayashi is just that amazing.

Some obscure, German roles:
The entire German cast of Avatar: The Last Airbender, but especially Sebastian Schulz as Zuko and later Iroh in Korra. I’ll never get over the replacement of Katara’s voice actress though…
Korra’s German cast isn’t as great IMO, aside from Sebastian Schulz again, sadly minor overall.
Schulz himself is also a highly talented and pretty famous German VA overall, appearing in many different roles.
Klaus-Dieter Klebsch Many, many roles. His deep voice is generally a hit. Very often Optimus Prime.
Also most of the German Spongebob cast but especially Patrick’s first VA, Marco Kröger, until he got fired. sigh I also miss Squidward’s first voice, Eberhard Prüter who sadly passed away in 2014. R.I.P.

I probably forgot some but those are definitely my favorites.

Edit: And I did forget somebody. Somebody important: Dante Basco. How could I forget about him when I remembered Azula and his German VA counterpart? It took his guest appearance in the latest Nostalgia Critic for me to remember him. How embarrassing! I am terrible!

This I can agree with, but for different characters than you. For me he’d be for Marcus (Fallout 2 and New Vegas) and Maero (Saints Row 2).

Others in no particular order:
All 6 Monty Python members.
Jenifer Hale - Bastille (Knights of the Old Republic), Shepard (Mass Effect), and Ophelia (Brutal Legend).
Gene Wilder - Mainly for Blazing Saddles and Young Frankenstein.

For one specific performance:
Troy Baker and Courtnee Draper for their performance as Booker DeWitt and Elizabeth in Bioshock Infinite.
Another one-off is Nolan North as Captain Walker in Spec Ops: The Line.

(I know Nolan, Troy, and Jenifer do waaaaaay more roles than those, but these are the ones I personally associate them with.)
