PS4 Pro: I was playing Offline while I completed “Sisterly Love”. I killed the Wandering Debt Collector but never got the trophy, or the trophy notification. When I went back online and synced with psn it never proc’d. Now when I go to the location where the Debt Collector is, it doesn’t spawn. There is no way for me to restart the Sisterly Love quest either. Help?

Once you finish that mission, he acts as rare spawn. Trophy is by killing him like that, not in the mission.
