Had you previously had any issues with shift code redemptions not showing up in your email? When you checked your reward history, was that on the SHIFT website or in-game?

Did you link your account to xbox live?
Am checked my rewards in the social menu in the game
OK then you’ll need to file a support ticket for assistance. I would suggest using SHIFT as the game issue. Hope you manage to get things resolved.
