I know one friend who has it and have seen at least 4-5 randoms out there with it.

So, even though I can’t prove it now, I’m gonna say that you’re not the World’s first Fours Sensitive on PC…
PC anyway is all about shooting fish in barrels. Its all noobs vs veterans (and most in premades)
If there was any ELO system whatsoever and people played vs others of their same skill level and premade vs premade instead of stomping newcomers, very very few would have titles like worthy of song or coop, let alone fours sensitive.
Im at best a very very mediocre player and I got worthy of song plenty of times, because I had luck of the draw joining a 4 man premade vs a bunch of horrible fresh pugs. Had I played with/against people of my same skill range there’s no way on earth I could have gotten 25 kills on my own vs them.
I hope that if one day GBX miraculously manages to turn this sinking (more like already sunk) ship around and somehow get a healthy playerbase with a functional ELO ranking, they reset all the titles so people (me included) have to actually EARN them again, just fair and square this time.
Sorry if Im raining on your parade OP, but Im not impressed in the slightest by your title given the current situation on PC

Although to be fair, if the EU servers are separate, maybe that’s why I haven’t seen anyone else with it? Because I have played… a lot.

I’m looking specifically at this point for proof that any other players have it. I would specify legitimately, but there’s really no way to prove if anyone just grinded it out against their friends in a match. The way people do to get their Penta’s, in the first place.
Getting this title on PC, is CONSIDERABLY harder than on console. Nothing wrong with consoles, it’s just so much easier to get a kill stolen by a long range character, thus ruining the quad.\
FYI, I probably got 20 of these quad kills without playing with a single other person. It’s almost easier that way. But, on top of that, I DEFINITELY got the majority of them against either all random 100s, or premades. Remember that goes both ways, you can play against them just as readily. I just complain that I don’t get to play against them enough.
I’d like to know why you think you’re the first? Just because you haven’t seen anyone else with the title? 
I mean, congrats! Well done, but I’ve seen this one before.
Neither have I. Half the problem with pvp is that the game rewards beating the crap out of less-skilled players.

Although I would agree that this game is seriously rewarding with the most “impressive” titles peoples who go for kills. Which shouldn’t be the case in that type of game. Not saying to remove them, but how about giving other action very difficult to get title (and by very difficult, i don’t mean it’s just long to farm like 10k assist for example, or destroy X minions/buildables or whatever).
Oh, and btw. After 350 hours I only one quad kill. Never going to get that title I’m afraid xD

Anyway that doesnt disprove what I said, if anything it reinforces it. If you are such an outstanding player that you score quads vs good premades frequently, then you are on a whole other level than the majority of the (ridiculously minuscule) PC playerbase. If the playerbase was high enough you’d be on the top ELO brakets figthing only similarly ranked players, and getting quads there would be significantly harder than what you fought so far, hence a greater achievement
Still, if what you said is true, then I offer my compliments. Your the biggest fish of this extremly tiny pond, congratz
