But from a story stand point… What then? Fly around the wall, trek up the mountain if need be, and reach Bunker. No Blood death or Clappy upgrade required because they’ll never go back there.

About Lilith Falcon Punch, I think that she thought that the symbols explosion would be enough to destroy Jacks mind. I dont know.
Also, she isnt dumb to stay and fight 4 VH at the same time. She wasnt eating eridium at the time if I remember correctly so no God like powers.

About Rolands death, I dont know what to think about. Lilith rushed right after and Jack got her. Jack was using she as a shield and weapon, what should they do? Lilith just phase blasted them back to Sanctuary.
There is no fast reaction, they got caught by surprise for the situation.

But Krieg, Deathtrap, and Axton’s turret(s) wouldn’t care! xD That’s the issue.

He talks to you for a good 5 or so seconds before picking up Lilith, enough time for any of the above characters to attack.

Story wise Claptrap wasnt in Angel’s Chamber and Axtons Turret has time to be deployed. The scene was after the battle, maybe it was on cooldown time. (?)

Lil was under Jacks control. Everything they could throw at Jack would hit her too. They didnt want it.

OK, Zer0 can be invisible, but so can Jack. If a battle happened there it would be the same as the final battle. For what? Make the game shorter?
Also, I dont know if we could beat Jack using Lilith powers as a weapon.

But his inner voice only stops him from killing civilians. Otherwise, he doesn’t stop the physical body from charging rocket launcher wielding enemies head on. Why would he not charge Jack who has nothing more than a pistol?

We know it’s to make the game longer. The arguments are from a storytelling stand point and a logic standpoint.

Why wouldn’t Deathtrap be in there? He digistructs from Gaige’s arm. Not like he wouldn’t be out during the fight.

Also, I stand my point about they thinking in Lil safety. Deathtrap would slice her with Jack, the same way Krieg could explode both of them.
