So I did the second challenge to unlock him (win 5 matches using anyone in his faction) but the character still isn’t unlocked. Not sure what’s going on.

That’s a really unusual bug, hopeful for a fix sooner then later! If someone could post if they have unlocked him on Xbox one that would be helpful
