I’ve done that now. Will I receive a notification of some kind when they look at the issue? I want to be ready to play the open beta when it comes out is all.

Yeah, you should get email confirmations.

The beta will load up for me but keeps saying the beta will begin soon check the website for your console start time

Thats a completely different thing. Thats because the Beta wasnt up yet, but it should be now. Meanwhile I still havent seen the main menu.

I have been hyped for this game for a long time, nothing will stop me from looking for a way to fix it. If I do find a way, I’ll pm you and if you’re still interested by then you can do what you want.

I’m having the same issue it’s crashing at the gearbox logo can’t find a fix and already reported it they haven’t responded yet it’s been about two hours since I reported the issue

I have the same issue with beta crashing at gearbox software logo. It sucks that I lost 1 day of the beta already without getting a chance to play. Xbox one version

I reinstalled and it fixed it right up
Must have been an installation issue.

It still doesn’t work for me on Xbox one version. I reinstalled the beta 4 times already. The beta launches to the Gearbox logo than crashes to Xbox dashboard.

What bothers me the most is that we have no response from Gearbox support. This is really rubbing me the wrong way and I am about to be done with this company. I have anticipated this game for over 2 years now, as well as make my friends aware of this game. They downloaded the beta and now I can’t join them.

Yep got up today no response from support game still crashing if there going to update it they need to hurry up and do it before people start losing interst in the game well I hope after the update it works for all y’all might catch y’all on if it starts to work
