Gearbox please run a maintenance on the Xbox one servers. The game keeps disconnecting people and matchmaking is unable to find a match for everyone. This has been happening for the past 4 days. I know multiple people have submitted support tickets. Please dont Ignore these requests.

Is it the actual match servers that appear to be down? Or is it the whole thing (sign-in, command, store)?
Upon sign in the game will crash. If you can get into the dojo and get a training lobby started it seems to stabilize.
It will also crash in the victor screen

There are multiple cases that happen at separate stages within pvp.
1- While searching for a match, the game crashes. Shutting down the game
2- if a team is found, players get disconnected. Matchmaking resets again.
3- if a match is found, then the map selection timer resets one time. Meaning the timer will reach 0 and then start again with different map selections
4- if you make it to the character selection screen, you will find at least one member missing. In other words, if you do get a match it’s a 5v4 every single time. The match does start
5- During the match, the game crashes
I have asked over 20+ players and they are all experiencing these problems. They have submitted support tickets as well.

Just bumping for visibility. I’ve been having similar issues. Strangely, it seemed to be better when I played on an alternate, lower level account

Ray said it well - I have been experiencing all of those issues. This is getting extremely frustrating.
Yes, when I played on another account one night over the weekend, I had no problems.
I just had success loading game as my alternate account and then pressing the button to Switch Profile (LB on X1, I think) and switching to my regular account. My regular was then able to log in.
Didn’t work for me. My friends and I are still experiencing the same server disconnection issue.

I keep trying to log into battleborn on xboxone, my game will crash, then my xbox just automatically boots up far cry 5, it’s weird.
Yeah, it worked for me the one time, but I’m still having disconnection issues. Sometimes it even makes my router lose internet connection altogether.
Is there an update towards this case? It has already been 7 days

Why is it taking so long? This sort of problrm can’t be hard to troubleshoot, isolate and resolve within a hour. Maybe, a simple server reboot can even fix it.
I understand Battleborn is no longer in support but maintenance should still be a priority on all of Gesrbox IT equipment.
I also understand you’re more likely not part of the Gearbox team that’s responsible to examine and fix these sort of issues. Thank you for reaching out to the appropriate Team and communicating with us.

While I understand the frustration, if this was a case of simply needing to restart a single server, that would already have been done.
Like pretty much every on-line game, BB uses multiple servers, with game instances being spun up on demand on virtual servers at a cloud host. Combine that with any handshaking between MS XBL servers, clients, and GBX servers, and you have multiple potential points of failure.
So as a general comment to everyone: please stop trying to second guess the problem and solution. As I said already, if the problem really was that simple, it would already be fixed. And if you are having the same issue and have not yet filed a support ticket PLEASE DO SO since geographic information may also be relevant. Thank you.

As a PS4 player, I feel really bad for you guys.
This could potentially be the twist of the blade deathblow in an already dying game.
I hope GBX figures something out soon. A week is a looong time for something like this to persist.

Spoke too soon. The game is still crashing for players. It’ss with a lot less frequency but the problem still persist.
