It’s not even that rare, you won’t find them as much as Volcanos or Equalisers, but in comparison to Atlas/Hyperion legendaries it’s super common.
Getting a ZPR with big mag, mat3 and a decent barrel is the real challange.
Also: when I say “speed glitch” I don’t mean the one where you activate Beserk and instantly hit the Inventory button, I’m talking the REAL speed glitch:
The one where you activate Beserk and instantly get into a car, then get out.

Brick can go even faster than what I’ve been abusing?

Yeah, barley anyone knows about it.
I’m not sure if the type of car effects it, but if I’m in Knoxx I use a racer anyway. But a vanilla Runner is just as stupid fast.
It’s pretty game breaking though, if you sprint it’s almost Phasewalk speed. I only use it to cheese Craw (you can backpedal his spit) or just having fun. If I’m playing properly I don’t use it, since it feels so weird.
