she doesn’t need a buff but as a phoebe player her ult is useless

Why is everyone saying that Phoebe’s ultimate is useless? If you get the teleport perk that slows enemies and immediately use the ultimate right after, you get some great damage out of it.

Her ult is fine. Killer dmg in story mode and in competitive you just have to bait players to stay in it. Compare it to other ults and it’s perfectly in line. It’s not burst dmg, but it’s good area dmg. Can be used as area denial. Used in the middle of a group brawl and its devastating.

Phoebe is still ridiculously lethal. You can’t charge an entire team with her and win anymore, I think that’s okay. If you want to charge a 5 man team and win just play Galilea.

A single Phoebe can hold a lane alone in meltdown with her ult. She’s actually super strong in that game mode.

I think she’s more finessed now. I prefer her this way. Most people when silenced simply stumble around. It’s kinda of hilarious and the effect I think Phoebe should have.

If you can do so good with her, why does sheee need to bee buffed? If she’s broken it’s becausee she’s too good. The only thing that actually has a real upper hand on her in 1v1 100% of the time is rath. I agree her ult may not be the best all of the time, but i’ve used to to get triple kills MULTIPLE TIMES! And She’s not even my main (like, 3rd favorite dps, maybe 4th)

She is the most obnoxious character in the game (to me) and I can NOT stand her. I’m not gonna complain on here about her being OP because too many people cry about that enough. But she does NOT need a buff in my opinion.

Yaaaaay :unamused: even more reason to avoid ger at all cost. Everybody was intimidated by Galilea, now that she’s downgraded Pheobe became the new Galilea

I don’t think anyone would agree with you. I love her, but she’s not that amazing. El Dragõn is much stronger IMO. Galilea was OP because she had unlimited utility, including unique debuffs. That will no longer be true.

I believe her ultimate isn’t completely useless, depends on how you choose to use it. Kind of like Ambra’s reworked ult. Ambra use to be able to slow people in the AOE before the ult landed, now all its good for is keeping the pressure off choke points for a bit as no one wants to enter there. (Ambra: Jumping in behind them and using your push to knock them into the incoming ult is always fun.)

Controlling area is always a good thing and your ult is able to do the same. While people normally will yes escape it thats a way to control area not bad in my opinion. Plus as mentioned in earlier posts you are able to slow and drop the ult resulting in a harder time for players escaping it. (Also if any other teammates are going in with you that can slow or stun (Thorn/Deande) you will lock them down no problem, and the game is about teamplay so…)
