What a little suprising to me is that if I see correctly in this chest there are 2 eridian weapons which is strange.

I didn’t think about that, but you’re correct. I typically see one eridian weapon in a red chest.

People called me crazy and a liar years ago when I said I found one in a red chest too. Now there is definite proof. Thanks for this post, and amazing finds as usual man.

Do you remember if there were 2 eridians on that chest or just mega cannon?
I did once get two green eridian weapons in the same chest. Pretty sure that was in the Armoury. I still haven’t seen a higher rarity one drop in my own game. Doesn’t help that I haven’t played in far too long! (Still on XB1 backwards compatible BL1)

It’s amazing that after all these years I’m still learning something new. I found eridian firebomb, stampeding spatter gun many mega cannon and fireball but never seen 2 green eridians in the same red chest. It’s incredible.

^for this simple reason alone, is why I still play and hopefully discover something that hasn’t been proven. Like a pearl in a red chest. Never seen proof of such a thing, but hope that I’m hte one to discover it and provide proof.

sometimes it can be that easy: starting the game, beore the light bridge to raod’s end see a ordinary chemical trooper wearing an eridian gun w/ weird behavior
have a damn eridian stampeding spatter gun !!!

I think they’re just that rare. Other than Eridian Mega Cannon beign somewhat more common. Have found 4 mega cannons, none sighted other 2 legendary eridians. Over 800 hours played.
