Yep, looking quickly at gearcalc, having barrel5 would drop it to x3 (tech level of 15, needing 16 for x4). Looks like it also could reach x4 with stock3 AND sight3, but those are both pretty rare.
I’ll check later to see if it splits into 4…I don’t remember noticing, but have never really looked.

That’s not a nice hellfire at all… point of the hellfire is to stack as many DoTs as you can, which means the best hellfires are the ones with the highest fire rates. Also that hellfire is a thumper… you usually find those in the item fails thread >.>
What do you mean, this jewel is without stock, no sights, barrel1 and it’s thumper. I love thumpers. Having so bad stats just makes it better, because it means I can savor every fight more, for it takes more time to kill every enemy. Real shame although, I left it in that chest by accident.

Pearls are the only thing that make me jump with joy, well, unless I find a S&S Shattering Mauler. I’m actually rather meh about most Legendaries now-a-days, even if I heavily favor S&S.
I enjoy finding legendaries, because I plan to eventually start experimenting with different equipment setups. I have left most of DLC content untouched except Knoxx and backpack SDU related missions, so I have things in game left to do, but for now farming better gear in Knoxx DLC is more attracting, for it’s not just for the sheer chance of getting pearlescents. So finding any better version of a legendary weapon feels enjoyable for knowing that I will eventually try it out in future.
The reason why legendaries don’t do much for me anymore is because:
A) I’ve seen every one of them atleast once,
B) Those that I have now are either “best” parts (highest quality) or min-maxed (parts that allow the best DPS)(except Reaper and Eridian).
The only things that are left on my wanted list is rather short aswell:
Bessie, S&S Shattering Mauler (both my current ones have Deadly) and optional: barrel4 AR-bodied Serpens.
