Yeah reload speed on this thing is like blink of an eye, I don’t think you would be even able to visually notice the differences on Tediore with this parts.

Well that’s true but it’s also true that this wrath is probably stronger than an equivalent Jakobs sniper and still alot faster

it is scope5, with Tech dropping a “not” at the bottom of the image as a good indication it’s not the invader scope. Fulgurating is pretty rare in my opinion. I have an invader neme. I’ve never had a Fulgurating drop in my game. At one point in my Borderlands life I thought it was gibbed/a myth. lol
