for that type I personally wouldn’t consider it rare unless it was at least max FR. I see lots of x4 TK barrel repeaters but not enough ones with the max FR to boost.

What specific parts do you need for a tourge harpoon anyways?

The 1-shot barrel (rare) and a combonation of parts that doesnt give enough damage to make it a Destructor, which due to Torgues mat damage bonus is tricky. So you need a crap body, crap mag and an accesory that doesnt give a damage boost.
There may be an accuracy requirment as well, which means you’d need a decent stock but im not sure. All I know is Hyperion Harpoons are the most common.
