It was 10:39PM. I hadn’t played Borderlands today. I was jonesing for another Pearl drop.
I kill craw 3 times, and he craps out this:

It’s been two hours. I’ve killed craw maybe 15 times since then.

Well I don’t, because I use select few items to do farming efficiently. However I do have a goal to start testing everything while making runs with all weapons I’ve acquired one by one, however not sure whenever it will be since so far I’m still far more inclined to just do more farming since there is plently of stuff I haven’t found yet.
Anyway this brings an interesting topic up I’d like to share opinions with others. What guns do you guys use? Let me look if there isn’t already topic for that.
Stouty told me he was going to farm the Lockdown palace to try and get a Pearl there. Instead, he ended up finding this chest, which neither of us had seen before:
From here, near the claptrap needing help, go up the stairs, then jump onto the domed ledge.
Seems to have a good awesome level.

We found 5 or 6 legendaries in about an hour, including a double from a chest (which took me more than 2000 hours to find in BL2).
Also, found a Volcano from a garbage pile while fighting Flynt, and one other thing, can’t remember the name right now, but these drop rates are awesome!
While drop rates certainly are higher compared to BL2, just wait until you start finding quality parts legendaries. Sure, that Crux will blow your foes to chunks, but wait until you find one that evaporates Lance muahahahahahaHAHAHHAHAHAHHHHHHAAAAAA

Got a couple juicy elementals today. I found the Hammer just after finding an upgrade to the one I had before. Nice thing about having characters with “eh”-quality gear is experiencing double upgrades like that.
